INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

When purchasing in this store, delivery of goods is only possible within Lithuania. We accept orders abroad if the order amount is at least 500 EUR. Please submit such orders to the following email address: marketingas@merkys.com

Please send information what goods and how many units you are ordering; your address, phone number and other details for delivery by courier.

European countries to which goods can be delivered:

Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Latvia, Poland,  Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Germany.

 

Available delivery METHODS IN LITHUANIA: Delivery by a DPD courier. After sending the package via courier, you can direct the delivery of the package to a parcel machine (if the package fits).

DPD courier

Goods can be delivered by a DPD courier to the address given in the order form. The delivery price is calculated and presented to the buyer after the delivery address field is filled in. Delivery cost depends on the delivery address, goods weight, and measurements.

Goods can be delivered to addresses in Lithuania as well as other European countries. In Lithuania, goods are delivered from 8:00 to 18:00. Delivery cost more when delivering to Kursiu Nerija.

On the day of delivery, DPD informs addressees of the one-hour time slot within which the courier will deliver the goods.

By collecting the goods and signing the delivery documents without noting any issues, it is considered that the delivery was on time and without problems.

If the ordered goods are not in the warehouse, we will get in touch with you to inform you that the delivery might be delayed.

Delivery in Lithuania

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 work days from the day when receiving the payment for the goods.

 Damaged package

If you noticed damage on a parcel package, but there are no signs that products inside can be damaged because of that, you can fill in delivery documents given by the courier and accept the parcel. If you think that products inside can be damaged because of the damaged parcel package, you have an option to refuse to accept the parcel. When a parcel is delivered in a parcel machine, take images of the parcel package in front of the parcel machine and inform us about it within 5 work days from the day the parcel was collected from the parcel machine.

Memo for a DPD parcel recipient

Please read the information below:

1. Counting the bags

The number of delivered packages on the scanner screen used by the DPD courier must correspond to the actual number of delivered packages.

If this number is different, the DPD courier must check the number of delivered packages in his scanner. 

2. Checking the tags

There should be your address on the tags on the delivery bags. Furthermore, numbers of the delivered packages should match the actual numbers of the delivered packages.

If the numbers do not match, the DPD courier must adjust the numbers of the delivered packages.

3. Checking the delivery packages

Delivered packages should be in a good condition. If you notice that products in the damaged package are damaged, fill in „pakuotės pažeidimo aktas“ with the DPD courier. DPD couriers have this form.

4. Informing appropriately

Information about incorrect package delivery should be given to DPD customer support, phone no. 8-5 210 67 77, email kas@dpd.lt. The information must include DPD package number.
